Job description

We are seeking a highly creative UX Researcher with strong qualitative discovery and evaluative research skills and experience with research in areas involving generative and agentic workflows and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research using methods such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
• Analyze and synthesize research findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Communicate research results through presentations, reports, and storytelling to influence product and design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure user insights inform the product development process.
• Advocate for the user by identifying usability issues and opportunities to improve the overall user experience.

Job Title: UX Researcher.

Location: Remote in US.

Duration: 6+ Months Contract with potential extension.

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 5 years of experience leading and conducting UX research for web and mobile products using a range of methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, information architecture studies, concept testing, benchmarking, and quantitative analysis.
• Must have strong qualitative discovery and evaluative research skills.
• Experience with research in areas involving generative and agentic workflows and enterprise applications is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of generative and agentic AI, with experience leveraging AI tools to support research synthesis and evaluation of generative AI–enabled products and experiences.
