Job summary

CACI is seeking a UX Researcher to support the DHS OIG, grounding enterprise AI and analytics in evidence on how investigators and analysts work. You will lead user research, plan usability testing, and build adoption metrics to guide design priorities and training needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in UX research, human factors, behavioral science, or related field; equivalencies considered (Master's +4, 13 years with no degree, AA +9)

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research with investigators, auditors, inspectors, analysts, and counsel to understand real workflows.
• Design and run usability testing for dashboards, data platforms, and pilot AI apps with actionable recommendations.
• Develop adoption metrics, measurement frameworks, and data-driven assessments of whether technology delivers value.
