Job summary

CACI International seeks an AI Engineering Lead to guide enterprise AI initiatives for the DHS OIG. You will architect and govern AI capabilities, including OIGChat and investigative analytics, across Azure Government and commercial environments.

You will lead technical teams, define architecture patterns, governance, cost controls, and responsible AI practices, ensuring secure data handling and production-quality ML operations in federal settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with significant AI/ML/engineering experience.
• Proven leadership in architecting and delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, Azure AI services, governance, and production ML operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for all AI capabilities across Azure Government and commercial environments.
• Oversee secure access to AI models including governance, routing, API patterns, and integration.
• Lead design and deployment of mission-specific AI applications from concept to production.
