Job summary

CACI seeks a dynamic User Engagement Specialist to support DHS OIG, driving user adoption of AI and advanced analytics to strengthen investigations, audits, and inspections. You will bridge technology and mission users, building a Community of Practice and leading engagement across stakeholders.

In a secure government environment, you will develop adoption strategies, gather user feedback, and ensure analysts can leverage new capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 10 years in user adoption or related field; equivalencies allowed.
Experience establishing and managing Communities of Practice or ambassador programs.
Experience designing user engagement strategies and adoption measurement.
Strong facilitation and communication skills.
Experience in federal government or national security environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the AI and Data Analytics Community of Practice with governance and ambassador programs.
Design engagement plans to drive adoption across workflows.
Facilitate Community of Practice meetings and maintain momentum.
Develop onboarding materials and resource libraries for ambassadors and end users.
Gather user feedback and document feature requests for backlogs.
Coordinate outreach campaigns and executive messaging for DHS OIG.
Collaborate with training teams and product owners.
Represent user voice in sprint planning and reviews.
