Job summary

You will plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research with investigators, auditors, inspectors, analysts, and counsel, translating results into prioritized design and training actions. You will design usability testing for OIGChat, build adoption metrics, and map personas and workflows to guide development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 7 years of experience in user experience research or related field.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DHS Public Trust clearance.
• Experience planning and executing qualitative and quantitative research for enterprise software or data platforms.
• Proficiency in usability testing methods, research synthesis, and translating findings into prioritized recommendations.
• Experience developing adoption metrics and data-driven assessments of technology value.
• Strong facilitation, interviewing, and communication skills for technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research with investigators, auditors, inspectors, analysts, and counsel.
• Design and run usability testing for OIGChat, dashboards, and pilot AI applications.
• Develop adoption measurement frameworks and dashboards to distinguish genuine use.
• Synthesize feedback into prioritized findings for the product backlog.
• Document research plans, protocols, and findings for team access.
