Job summary

Everlaw is seeking a Senior Manager, User Experience Research to lead and scale our user research function within a fast-growing AI-powered litigation platform. You will partner with product, design, engineering, and data teams to drive strategic, evidence-based decisions and grow a team of researchers.

You will own the research roadmap, mentor researchers, and champion rigorous mixed-methods approaches while shaping product strategy and user experiences at Everlaw.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of user research experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise, data-heavy, or regulated products.
• Proven ability to mentor researchers and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Set the user research strategy and quarterly roadmap, translating business and product priorities into focused, high-impact research initiatives.
• Drive impact through storytelling by synthesizing findings into narratives and artifacts that inform product strategy and decisions.
• Personally lead strategic, highly ambiguous research projects around how legal professionals evaluate, interact with, and trust AI workflows.
• Manage a small, high-performing team with clear roles, expectations, and accountability.
• Set a high bar for rigorous research, critique, and customer empathy; apply appropriate methods for decisions at hand.
• Partner with leadership across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science to bring customer evidence into key decisions.
• Scale impact via self-service frameworks, AI-enabled tools, and operational systems for product teams.
