Job summary

Everlaw seeks a Product Design Manager in the Oakland area to lead a team of product designers building AI-powered litigation experiences. The role blends design excellence with people leadership, guiding craft, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will mentor designers, influence product direction with Engineering and Product peers, and ensure the team delivers trusted, intuitive experiences for complex legal workflows in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of product design experience, incl. 2+ years leading teams.
• BA/BS in design-related field or equivalent.
• Proven track record shipping complex enterprise products with Product and Engineering.
• Experience designing for enterprise, B2B SaaS, data-heavy workflows.
• Strong communication and ability to lead across functions.
