Everlaw is seeking a Senior Manager, User Experience Research to lead the user research function and shape the AI-powered litigation platform. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on research and storytelling to drive product decisions.

Based in Oakland, CA with a hybrid schedule (in-office M/W/Th; optional Tu/Fr remote), you will guide research priorities, scale the practice with AI-enabled tools, and develop researchers for impact across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of user research experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise, or regulated products.
• Ability to mentor researchers and lead a team.
• Strong synthesis and storytelling to influence product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set user research strategy and quarterly roadmap.
• Synthesize findings into narratives and durable artifacts.
• Lead strategic, ambiguous projects around AI workflows for legal professionals.
• Manage and develop a small research team with clear roles and expectations.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science.
