Qualifications

• 8+ years in UX/CX/Market Research or related field.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-level research initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Ability to influence strategic business decisions through insights.
• Proven track record turning research into measurable business impact.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead research programs informing business strategy and customer experience improvements.
• Manage research projects from planning and methodology through analysis and final recommendations.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Marketing, Analytics, Design, and business teams to identify key research opportunities.
• Conduct interviews, surveys, usability studies, focus groups, and other research activities.
• Analyze complex data sets and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Present research results and recommendations to stakeholders and executives.
• Advocate for data-driven and customer-centered decision-making across the organization.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities to support innovation and growth.
