Job summary

Addison Group in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex is seeking a Consumer Insights Analyst to turn data into business insights and support CX/marketing initiatives. This onsite role collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify trends, establish performance measures, and drive analytics-driven improvements.

The ideal candidate has experience with web analytics (GA or similar), and strong skills in Power BI/Tableau.

Qualifications

Experience using Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Experience building KPIs and translating objectives into metrics.
Excellent communication to diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze data from marketing platforms to identify trends.
Develop KPIs, scorecards, and performance measures.
Create dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.
Collaborate with partners to translate reporting needs into analytics solutions.
Improve data governance and data quality in reporting processes.
Identify opportunities to automate analytics workflows.
Present findings to leadership and business teams.
