• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Curiosity, confidence, and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for influencing product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Engage daily with Product, Design, and Content stakeholders to understand priorities and initiatives.
• Scope qualitative and quantitative studies with stakeholders and teammates to answer questions.
• Execute project work in collaboration with your manager and team.
• Share insights and recommendations to influence design decisions and outcomes.
• Contribute to the UX Research community by improving practices and processes.
