Purple, Rock, Scissors (PRPL) is seeking a Senior UX Program Manager to drive strategy, rigor, and execution across a large tech client’s UX Operations. This remote role reports to the Head of UX Operations and collaborates with UXD/R and Business Ops to scale and simplify complex processes.

The role emphasizes OPEX budgeting, headcount planning, dashboards, and vendor workflows, with a focus on a One UX approach across product lines and strong governance across programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of UX Program Management, Design Ops, Product Ops, or Business Ops in a large tech environment.
• Hands-on experience with OPEX budget management, headcount allocation, modeling, and vendor procurement workflows.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs in scrappy, fast-paced settings.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication presence.

Responsibilities

• Manage OPEX allocation, financial tracking, variance analysis, and multi-quarter headcount modeling.
• Establish and deliver executive dashboards and performance reports on resource utilization and risks.
• Design team rhythms: QBRs, annual planning, monthly budget syncs, turning data into insights.
• Lead end-to-end UX initiatives across the PDLC with strong governance and alignment to OKRs.
• Oversee vendor procurement lifecycle, SOWs, PO workflows, and billing reconciliations.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and align resource strategy with corporate directives.
