Job summary

Target is seeking a Senior UX Design Operations Program Manager to lead and scale our UX organization. You will oversee 150+ UX designers, establish program governance, define delivery milestones, and partner with product, design, engineering, and operations to improve how we work.

You bring a portfolio with design project management experience, fluency in Agile/Scrum, and strong collaboration skills to align diverse teams.

Qualifications

Experience in digital products with in-house or agency design teams.
Portfolio with case studies including design project management.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development.
Strong UX design process knowledge.
Ability to influence stakeholders in a large organization.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of UX designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers.
Define a clear plan for design delivery and governance across projects.
Standardize and maintain UX operations practices and artifacts.
Set goals and expected outcomes with product, design, and engineering partners.
Use data and insights to identify gaps and drive process improvements.
Create a framework to streamline daily workflows and reduce duplication of effort.
Document the processes and models used to operationalize UX across the organization.
Track impact and identify opportunities for ongoing enhancements.
