Qualifications

• Define the functional foundation, processes and direction to ensure UX teams have what they need to deliver great work aligned with strategy.
• Mentor, develop and grow a team of leaders and contributors, building trust and capabilities.
• Use data to justify decisions, communicate clearly, and advocate for design changes with partners and leaders at multiple levels.
• Foster cross-disciplinary collaboration with UX, Product, Tech and Business partners to enable outstanding results.
