Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, project management, or process optimization.
• Proven experience leading operational improvement initiatives with measurable results.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience building SOPs, workflows, and operational systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Nice to Have Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or similar certifications.
• Experience in startups, outsourcing, or high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with KPI dashboards and operational analytics tools.
• Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
