You will lead a cross-functional team across global delivery centers and partner with product management, engineering, and program management to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions. Qualifications
- 7+ years in a client-facing UX leadership role.
- 5+ years of consulting experience.
- Experience with complex digital products and multiple clients.
- Experience leading organizations and influencing executives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with big-picture thinking.
- Experience working with global teams.
- Strong communication and distilling complex information clearly.
- Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX work on multi-designer engagements.
- Coordinate with distributed UX teams in US, LATAM, and Romania.
- Participate in agile engagement rituals.
- Guide client and project teams in design decisions.
- Oversee designers, review deliverables, and ensure deadlines.
- Publish UX content via LinkedIn, Medium, or other channels ~4x/year.
- Communicate plans, priorities, and status to client and teams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including AI, for future projects.
