Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, interaction design, UX/UI, or related field preferred.
• A background or degree in a scientific field is a significant plus.
• 5+ years of digital design, visual design, UX/UI, product design, or related discipline.
• Experience designing for responsive websites, landing pages, digital campaigns, email, and other digital experiences.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, digital experience, UX/UI thinking, and brand development required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative design and visual development of websites, landing pages, product experiences, email, digital campaigns, and other digital touchpoints with wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop concepts and visual solutions aligning customer needs, objectives, brand strategy, and growth priorities, applying UX/UI, responsive design, accessibility, and usability.
• Translate insights and performance data into actionable improvements using testing and analytics to refine layouts and experiences.
• Lead complex design initiatives from concept through launch and optimization for major campaigns and product launches.
• Support motion graphics, interactive content, and other emerging formats, plus print collateral as needed.
