Job summary

PNC is seeking a seasoned digital experience professional to drive strategy across business segments from multiple US locations, including Raleigh and Charlotte. Based in one of the designated cities, you will shape features and roll out digital experiences with a cross-functional team.

The role emphasizes user-centric design, market trend analysis, risk and compliance, and collaboration with product, tech, marketing, MIS.

Qualifications

• University degree required with 5+ years relevant experience.
• Certifications may be required depending on role.
• In lieu of degree, relevant combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Executes digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience.
• Monitors the marketplace to assess digital experience trends and recommends enhancements.
• Develops and designs features of digital experiences and manages rollout.
• Partners with Product, Technology, MIS, LOB, Marketing and other stakeholders to meet strategic goals.
• Supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs as part of the first line of defense.
