Job summary

Anatta Design is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead user-centric, business-driven UX for ecommerce sites. You will translate client needs into flows, wireframes, and polished interfaces while collaborating across CRO, UI development, QA, and project management teams.

You will own design strategy, contribute to a scalable design system, and continuously optimize the shopping experience based on user research and analytics. Remote-friendly, with a focus on US-based clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of UX design experience with a strong ecommerce portfolio.
• Proven ability to wireframe, prototype and deliver interfaces.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and design systems.
• Experience with Shopify and CRO concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered UI designs for fast-growing DTC sites.
• Transform client needs into design solutions and roadmaps.
• Present concepts to stakeholders and justify design decisions.
• Review analytics to validate design choices and optimize conversions.
• Collaborate with creative, development, QA, and researchers in agile cycles.
