Job summary

1R is seeking a talented digital designer with ecommerce experience to join our creative and strategy teams. You will work under the Design Director and collaborate with architects, data analysts and developers to craft user-centric digital experiences that align with client goals across brands.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in UX, strong Figma skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects in agile environments, delivering high-quality assets for web, email, social campaigns and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX experience in in-house or agency settings.
• Strong knowledge of responsive web design and eCommerce UX.
• Experience collaborating with designers, developers and strategists in agile teams.
• Familiar with Shopify, Yotpo, Klaviyo is a plus for integrations.
• Attention to detail and ability to present to clients.
• Proficient in Figma; strong visual and interactive skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help to prompt strategic thinking and user centric digital experiences for all our clients led by insights, data, and research.
• Help produce high-quality digital assets for various marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and web experiences.
• Lead in website design projects including concepting, high fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, client presentations, and documentation for development hand-off.
• Maintain consistency for our clients with brand guidelines across all digital assets.
• Work across and be able to lead multiple project streams.
• Understand client goals and requirements, technical constraints, and have the ability to work within project parameters.
• Lead UX execution in partnership with other designers and strategists.
• Manage time efficiently and easily respond to feedback.
• Ensure output conforms to best practice for device/web standards.
• Ensure that project goals, timelines and budgets are closely met.
