Job summary

1R is seeking a talented UX designer with 5+ years of experience in eCommerce to drive user-centric digital experiences for diverse brands. You will collaborate with design, strategy, data, and development teams, translating insights into concepts, prototypes, and production-ready assets for web and email campaigns.

You will lead website design projects, maintain brand consistency, and manage multiple streams in an agile environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience working in UX either in-house or an agency environment.
Experience with eCommerce platforms and third-parties such as Shopify, Yotpo, Klaviyo is a plus.
Experience with responsive web design.
High attention to detail.
Excellent presentation skills and ability to speak directly with clients.
Robust knowledge of Figma.
Experience with Agile teams.
Can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Motion skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Prompt strategic thinking and user-centric digital experiences for clients based on insights, data, and research.
Produce high-quality digital assets for marketing campaigns including email, social and web experiences.
Lead website design projects from concept through high fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, client presentations, and development hand-off.
Maintain brand guideline consistency across all digital assets.
Lead multiple project streams and collaborate across teams.
Understand client goals, constraints, and project parameters.
Lead UX execution in partnership with other designers and strategists.
Manage time efficiently and respond to feedback.
Ensure outputs meet device/web standards and best practices.
Ensure timelines and budgets are closely met.
