Job summary

Charles Schwab seeks a Senior UX Designer to join the Digital Retail PILLAR within the User Experience team. You will lead design from problem definition to execution, shaping web and mobile experiences that are useful, modern, and aligned with Schwab’s standards.

The role requires 6–10 years of UX design experience, strong interaction design skills, and proficiency with Figma. You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Research, and Content to deliver scalable digital product experiences.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of UX design experience focused on digital products or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of UX experience designing touch-based mobile interfaces.
• Experience across the user-centered design process including research, user flows, wireframes, prototyping, testing and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design from problem definition through execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Experience Design, Content, Product, Engineering, Research.
• Create scalable product experiences across desktop, mobile web, and native mobile platforms.
