Rezilient Health is hiring a Senior UX Designer to craft the member mobile experience, shaping how users access care and navigate between visits. You will work hands-on across research, interaction, and visual design, partnering with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, and Growth to deliver a coherent, data-informed experience.

Competenze

• Senior-level design experience: 5+ years in UX, product design, or interaction design in a high-growth, technology-enabled environment.
• Deep consumer mobile experience: designing and shipping a consumer health, wellness, or fitness app with a large active user base.
• Strong interaction and visual design: portfolio showing craft and shipped mobile experiences.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end member experience design from discovery through prototypes and post-launch iteration.
• Partner with Product and mobile engineering to define problems and tradeoffs before committing to a solution.
• Deliver polished interaction and visual designs with clear information hierarchy; collaborate with Engineering for QA.
• Learn directly from users via interviews, concept tests, and usability sessions; combine findings with product data.
• Accelerate design cycles with AI while preserving privacy, accuracy, and design quality.
• Build reusable design foundations with components, patterns, and engineering guidance.
• Connect design to member outcomes by evaluating onboarding success, task completion, and engagement.
• Design AI-enabled flows with clear boundaries, human handoff, and accountability.
