Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to lead end-to-end UX for healthcare marketing digital products. You will shape user experiences for patients, providers, and caregivers, balancing business goals with regulatory requirements and accessibility.

Work closely with the UX Director and Lead Designer, delivering wireframes, prototypes, and design specs while contributing to a design system and ensuring quality across breakpoints.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UX/product design experience including end-to-end projects
• Strong portfolio showing research IA wireframes prototypes and shipped experiences
• Proficiency in Figma with prototyping and design-system workflows
• Deep knowledge of accessibility standards WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and inclusive design
• Excellent presentation and client-facing communication skills
• Comfort integrating AI tools into a modern design workflow

Responsibilities

• End-to-End UX Design & Deliverables across projects
• Information architecture including sitemaps taxonomies and navigation models
• User flows and journey maps for multi-state experiences
• Create wireframes from low to high fidelity for stakeholder reviews
• Develop interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing
• Prepare design specifications and developer handoff with clear assets
