Job summary

ResMed Inc is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to shape digital experiences for patients, providers, and internal teams across our ecosystem. You’ll lead UX from discovery to delivery, crafting intuitive, scalable interfaces for complex workflows and data-rich products.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, and CX, apply AI thoughtfully, and contribute to design systems while upholding accessibility and inclusivity.

Qualifications

Strong portfolio demonstrating complex product work.
Experience with enterprise, workflow-heavy, or data-rich digital products.
Ability to evaluate tradeoffs and simplify complexity while preserving detail.
Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, and CX teams.

Responsibilities

Lead UX from discovery through delivery with flows and wireframes.
Design scalable experiences for data-rich interfaces.
Partner with Product and Engineering to shape feasible solutions.
Contribute to design systems and patterns.
Ensure accessibility, usability, and inclusivity in every design.
