Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• Online portfolio available.
• Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards.
• Experience with UI design, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience in lifecycle design projects from strategy through execution.
• Knowledge of information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process.
• Experience prototyping with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar.
• Experience designing and managing workflow with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Bring forward innovative ideas and solutions and raise the bar on customer's experience with delivery.
• Advocate and design for the customer through data, insights, constraints, and business context.
• Partner with business and development teams to plan immediate changes and long-term scalable solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, visuals, and prototypes to communicate interaction behaviors.
• Assess and optimize features via usability testing, user research, and analytics.
• Present design work to UX partners, cross-disciplinary teams, and executives.
