Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer II to lead user experience design for a wide-range federal initiative. The role involves research, interaction design, and delivering high-fidelity UI concepts for web and mobile applications in a government context.

We expect strong portfolio, 10+ years design experience, and capability to mentor junior designers. A Public Trust is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with UX design and research.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scale UX design efforts including research and blueprinting.
• Plan, design, and implement multiple sites and apps across clients.
• Lead all phases of user research to inform usable interfaces.
• Collaborate with federal engineers and clients to design innovative solutions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, and site maps to communicate ideas.
• Develop scalable design resources to support collaboration.
