Job summary

Amazon Delivery's Customer Experiences team is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape how customers choose delivery options and to translate insights into intuitive interfaces at scale.

You will collaborate with leaders and cross-functional partners, create flows, wireframes, and prototypes, and validate ideas through usability studies and data analysis. Join a diverse team delivering impactful customer experiences across the delivery journey.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of design experience.
• Have an available online portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Bring forward innovative ideas and solutions and raise the bar on customer’s experience with delivery.
• Advocate for the customer through data such as market analysis, customer insights, and business insights.
• Partner with business and development teams to plan immediate changes with long-term scalable solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes to communicate interaction behaviors supporting decision making.
• Assess and optimize features through usability testing, research, and analytics interpretation.
• Present design work to UX partners, cross-disciplinary teams, and executives.
