Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking a hands-on UX designer to bridge product strategy, interaction design, and user research for a dense B2B SaaS platform. You’ll translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces and run discovery sessions with product and engineering teams.

You’ll own end-to-end design from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups (Figma), conduct usability tests, contribute to the design system, and advocate for accessibility across web and mobile surfaces.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional UX design experience on complex, data-heavy B2B or productivity products.
• Expert-level Figma skills, including components and auto-layout for collaboration.
• Experience planning and conducting qualitative research and quantitative analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and responsive design.
• Experience working with design systems and maintaining a shared component library.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for major feature areas including discovery, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for engineering handoff.
• Plan and run moderated usability studies and interviews; synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
• Design and iterate on the design system, ensuring consistency across web and mobile surfaces.
• Partner with product managers to frame problems and define success metrics before engineering work begins.
• Conduct rapid usability testing on prototypes and run post-launch evaluations of shipped work.
• Analyze behavioral data to identify friction points and inform the design roadmap.
• Present design rationale to stakeholders with evidence from research and testing.
