Job description

We're looking for a talented UX Designer to help shape the next evolution of a complex B2B product experience. This role goes beyond creating polished screens—we're seeking someone who can deeply understand product goals, think critically about user journeys, simplify complex workflows, and design experiences that help business users work smarter and move faster.

You'll partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve how customers onboard, navigate the platform, understand performance insights, and take meaningful action within the product.

Key Focus Areas
Frictionless B2B Onboarding

Design intuitive signup and onboarding experiences that reduce time-to-value, helping business users achieve their first meaningful outcome quickly and confidently.

Create reporting and analytics experiences that enable users to understand campaign or operational performance at a glance, uncover actionable insights, and make informed decisions without friction.

Core Navigation & Product Flows

Evaluate and redesign information architecture, navigation structures, and critical workflows to improve discoverability, usability, and overall product clarity for professional users.

What You'll Do
  • Understand product objectives, user needs, and business context before designing solutions.
  • Design end-to-end user experiences including journey maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
  • Think through interaction patterns, edge cases, empty states, and task completion scenarios.
  • Simplify complex B2B workflows into intuitive and efficient experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to transform requirements into usable designs.
  • Design dashboards, reporting views, and data-rich interfaces that are easy to understand and navigate.
  • Validate solutions through user feedback, usability testing, analytics, and iterative improvements.
  • Contribute to reusable design patterns and ensure consistency across the product ecosystem.
  • Clearly communicate design rationale and trade-offs to stakeholders and development teams.
What We're Looking For
  • 4–6+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, user flows, interaction design, and problem-solving—not just visual execution.
  • Experience designing B2B, SaaS, enterprise, analytics, or workflow-intensive products.
  • Solid understanding of information architecture, usability principles, and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Ability to simplify complex systems while maintaining clarity and efficiency.
  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional product and engineering environments.
  • Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
Nice to Have
  • Exposure to AI-powered experiences, recommendation systems, or data-driven product features.
  • Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, and usability research practices.

If you're passionate about solving complex problems, transforming workflows into seamless experiences, and building products that deliver real value to business users, we'd love to hear from you. Please apply with your portfolio showcasing your design process and impact.
