Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. seeks an experienced UI/UX Product Application Designer to shape intuitive, data-heavy B2B experiences. You’ll turn complex data, dashboards, and integrations into clear, step-by-step workflows through Figma and AI-enabled tools.

You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and end users to define requirements, prototype rapidly, and maintain design systems across desktop and mobile interfaces, ensuring accessibility and consistency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in UI/UX, product design, or similar roles.
• Strong portfolio with user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and final products.
• B2B product experience designing workflow-driven applications where clarity and accuracy matter.
• Experience designing for desktop and mobile with complex integrations and multi-step processes.
• Proficient in Figma with interactive prototyping, plus AI-enabled design tools.
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma for desktop and mobile.
• Adopt AI tools to accelerate iteration and prototyping.
• Create specifications, annotations, and acceptance criteria for developer handoff.
• Design for complex integrations with scalable, accessible solutions.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to refine internal processes and efficiency.
• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to inform decisions.
• Document rules, validations, calculations, and edge cases for UI workflows.
• Build and maintain design systems and reusable components for consistency.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and responsive design.
• Iterate on feedback from users and stakeholders.
