Qualifications

• Seven years of related UX design experience.
• Experience with Generative AI, conversational interfaces, and enterprise AI workflows.
• Experience in complex corporate environments with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy and design direction for AI-enabled products and platforms.
• Design experiences for Generative AI, copilots, chat interfaces, and workflow automation.
• Partner with AI architects, engineers, and product owners to translate AI into user-centered designs.
• Create user journeys, personas, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design conversational experiences, prompts, and human-in-the-loop review flows.
• Ensure accessibility, explainability, and responsible AI use.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping to identify needs.
