Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field required.
• Seven (7) years of experience in UX design or digital experience strategy, with AI-enabled products preferred.
• Experience designing for Generative AI, copilots, or enterprise AI platforms.
• Strong portfolio showing user-centered design and impact on business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Leads UX strategy and design direction for AI-enabled products and workflows.
• Designs AI-driven user experiences including conversational interfaces and prompt-based flows.
• Collaborates with AI architects, engineers, and product owners to translate AI into usable interfaces.
• Develops user journeys, personas, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Ensures accessibility, explainability, and governance in AI experiences.
