Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking an experienced UX Designer for Sedgwick AI within the Transformation Office. You will shape intuitive, human-centered AI experiences across enterprise systems, guiding design for Generative AI, agentic workflows, and chat-based tools.

You will collaborate with AI architects, data scientists, and product owners to ensure usability, accessibility, and governance across large-scale transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Interaction Design, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in AI Interaction Design, Design Strategy, Human Factors, or a related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the user experience strategy and design direction for AI-enabled products and workflows.
• Designs UX for Generative AI platforms, conversational AI tools, copilot interfaces, and workflow automation.
• Collaborates with AI architects, engineers, product owners, and business leaders to translate AI capabilities into user-centered designs.
• Develops user journeys, personas, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes for AI-enabled solutions.
• Creates prompts, flows, feedback loops, and human-in-the-loop experiences to enhance usability.
