Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking an experienced UX AI Designer to shape intuitive, human-centered AI experiences across enterprise systems. You will lead the design direction for AI-enabled products, ensuring accessibility, scalability, and trust in complex workflows.

The role emphasizes collaboration with AI architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate sophisticated AI capabilities into practical user-centered designs with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, or a related field.
• Seven (7) years of related experience in user experience design, product design, digital experience strategy, or human-centered design.

Responsibilities

• Leads the user experience strategy and design direction for AI-enabled products, tools, platforms, and workflows.
• Designs user experiences for Generative AI platforms, conversational AI tools, agentic AI systems, copilots, chat-based interfaces, and workflow automation solutions.
• Partners with AI architects, engineers, product owners, business leaders, and end users to translate AI capabilities into practical, user-centered designs.
• Develops user journeys, personas, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes, and usability flows across enterprise systems.
