Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking an experienced UX Designer within the Transformation Office to shape intuitive AI-powered experiences. You will translate Generative AI capabilities, agentic workflows, and conversational interfaces into accessible designs across enterprise systems and digital channels.

You will lead user research, create journeys, wireframes, and prototypes; collaborate with AI architects, engineers, product owners, and business leaders to ensure usable, explainable, and governance-aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design or related field.
• Seven years of UX/design experience with AI-enabled products preferred.
• Experience designing user experiences for Generative AI and conversational interfaces.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, and product management.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy and design for AI-enabled products and workflows.
• Design UX for Generative AI platforms, conversational interfaces, and copilots.
• Collaborate with AI architects, engineers, product owners, and business leaders to translate AI into user-centered designs.
• Develop user journeys, personas, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes, and usability flows.
• Design conversational prompts and flows, with emphasis on explainability and trust.
