Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a UX AI Designer to shape intuitive AI experiences that support large-scale transformation across enterprise systems. You will translate Generative AI capabilities into user-centered designs for workflows, copilots, and chat-based interfaces, collaborating with AI architects, engineers, and business leaders.

The role emphasizes human-centered design, accessibility, and governance of enterprise AI solutions, with travel as required and a focus on scale and impact.

Qualifications

• Seven years of UX design experience, including AI-enabled products.
• Experience with Generative AI, conversational interfaces, and enterprise software.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, data, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads the user experience strategy and design direction for AI-enabled products, tools, platforms, and workflows.
• Designs user experiences for Generative AI platforms, conversational AI tools, agentic AI systems, copilots, chat-based interfaces, and workflow automation.
• Partners with AI architects, engineers, product owners, business leaders, and end users to translate AI capabilities into practical designs.
• Develops user journeys, personas, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes, and usability flows across enterprise systems.
• Designs conversational and prompt-based experiences, including prompts, flows, escalation paths, and feedback loops.
• Applies human-centered design principles to ensure AI tools are transparent and easy to adopt.
