Zusammenfassung

IT Labs is seeking a senior UX/product/interaction designer to help design enterprise web applications and AI-powered features for banking and insurance platforms. You will craft end-to-end user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity concepts, collaborating across product and engineering to ensure user-centered outcomes.

The role emphasizes accessibility, scalable design systems, and close integration with research, testing, and iterative validation to deliver impactful enterprise experiences.

Qualifikationen

5–10 years of experience in UX design, product design, or interaction design.
Experience designing enterprise web applications and platforms.
Ability to create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Experience with user research, usability testing, and iterative validation.
Strong accessibility, IA, and human-centered design knowledge.

Aufgaben

Design intuitive, accessible journeys for AI-powered products with human-AI collaboration.
Conduct user research and translate insights into wireframes and prototypes.
Create scalable UI patterns and component guidelines for rapid development.
