Ladders is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to shape intuitive, AI-enhanced experiences for financial services. This remote US-based role collaborates with product, engineering, research, and design teams to deliver accessible, user-centered interfaces.

You will drive end-to-end design processes, evolve design systems, and apply AI workflows to improve efficiency while upholding regulatory and accessibility standards. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience and a strong UX portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field; strong UX portfolio.
• 4–6 years of design experience, with AI-assisted tooling.
• Proficiency in Figma, Jira, and Confluence; familiarity with user research platforms.
• Strong analytical skills in user research and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication of design concepts and decisions.
• Experience with LLMs and AI-powered development tools.

Responsibilities
