IT Labs is seeking a senior UX/product/interaction designer to help design enterprise web applications and AI-powered features for banking and insurance platforms. You will craft end-to-end user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity concepts, collaborating across product and engineering to ensure user-centered outcomes.

The role emphasizes accessibility, scalable design systems, and close integration with research, testing, and iterative validation to deliver impactful enterprise experiences.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in UX design, product design, or interaction design.
• Experience designing enterprise web applications and platforms.
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and iterative validation.
• Strong accessibility, IA, and human-centered design knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, accessible, and user-centered journeys for AI-powered products, with a strong focus on human and AI collaboration workflows
• Conduct user research and translate qualitative insights into wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes
• Create clear, scalable, and consistent design patterns and UI component guidelines to support rapid product development across squads
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to validate the usability and technical feasibility of design solutions
• Run usability testing sessions on prototypes and live workflows, and iterate designs based on direct user feedback and observed behavior
• Champion user-centric design principles to ensure seamless experiences for both technical and non-technical enterprise users
• Contribute to design standards, interaction guidelines, and experience consistency across complex digital products
• Support the delivery of high-quality product experiences that align business goals, user needs, and platform capabilities

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in UX design , product design , or interaction design
• Strong experience designing intuitive and scalable digital experiences for web-based applications and enterprise platforms
• Proven ability to create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity design concepts
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and iterative design validation
• Strong understanding of accessibility, interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design principles
