Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a UX designer to shape AI-enabled experiences for complex projects across data centers, power grids, and infrastructure. You will lead design activities, translate requirements into intuitive interfaces, and deliver build-ready artifacts in collaboration with engineers.

You’ll work with business users and stakeholders to define journeys, service blueprints, and interactive prototypes in Figma, ensuring accessibility and scalability across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, UI design, product design, experience design, or service design.
• Proficient with Figma for wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.
• Experience facilitating discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into intuitive user experiences.
• Experience designing enterprise, workflow-driven applications.
• Bachelor's degree in design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements, discovery, and process-design sessions with SMEs and business users.
• Plan and facilitate workshops to map current processes, user needs, pain points, decisions, handoffs, and improvements.
• Create service blueprints and end-to-end user journeys for priority AI use cases.
• Translate business processes into intuitive front-end experiences and wireframes.
• Develop interactive prototypes in Figma for design reviews and validation.
• Collaborate with engineers to translate designs into build-ready artifacts.
• Present concepts clearly and guide stakeholders through design decisions and tradeoffs.
