Amazon in Seattle is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape the Kiro experience across IDE, CLI, Web, Mobile, and Kiro Crew. You\'ll lead concept framing, interaction patterns, and shipping real improvements that influence product direction, while building deep understanding of the developer audience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• A portfolio that demonstrates deep audience understanding and early-stage design thinking.
• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows across platforms.
• Experience designing products where AI acts with autonomy.
• Proficiency with multiple prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

• Go deep on audience understanding through research and synthesis.
• Lead concept design and early-stage framing for ecosystem maps and user stories.
• Own end-to-end design for major features across IDE, CLI, Web, Mobile, and Kiro Crew.
• Shape UX of agentic workflows including spec-driven development and verification.
• Iterate rapidly with paper sketches to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Design cohesive experiences across desktop, terminal, browser, and mobile.
• Partner with product management and engineering to influence strategy.
• Mentor junior designers and define scalable design patterns.
