Job summary

InPost Group is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial UX designer to improve and reinvent customer facing solutions for users across more than 15 countries under the InPost and Mondial Relay brands.

You will focus on financial products within InPost Pay, collaborating with a small team on payments, subscriptions, and future financial services. Hybrid work model with some office days in Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital product design across web and mobile platforms.
• Experience with financial services (fintech or banking) is required.
• Proven use of AI tools in the design workflow with concrete examples.
• Strong English skills; Polish fluency is a plus.
• Experience prototyping with modern tools; autonomous in agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Improve customer-facing solutions across websites, mobile apps and internal tools.
• Conduct user research to understand needs and identify opportunities.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Develop high-fidelity visuals aligned with UI guidelines and brand standards.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Advocate inclusive and accessible design practices.
• Define metrics and communicate how design decisions impact users and business.
