Job summary

Responsibilities

• Represent users and solve complex problems to improve user experience across websites, mobile applications and internal tools.
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs and identify opportunities.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes for stakeholder and user feedback.
• Create high-fidelity visual design mock-ups consistent with UI guidelines and brand standards.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers and stakeholders to deliver design solutions successfully and on time.
• Advocate for inclusive and accessible design practices and educate stakeholders.
• Participate in design team meetings, provide constructive critique, and support fellow designers.
• Define and track key metrics, and communicate how design decisions affect users and business outcomes.

InPost Group provides out-of-home parcel delivery through a network of intelligent lockers across several countries. Its FMCG e-commerce offering includes more than 300,000 products from over 300 sellers, and its mobile application has nearly 1.5 million users in Poland. The UX designer will focus on InPost Pay financial products, including payments, subscriptions, and future financial services.

• Represent users and solve complex problems to improve the user experience across websites, mobile applications, and internal tools
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs and identify opportunities
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes for stakeholder and user feedback
• Create high-fidelity visual design mock-ups consistent with UI guidelines and brand standards
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver design solutions successfully and on time

Требования:

• At least 5 years of experience in digital product design, including user research, information architecture, usability, prototyping, and design processes
• Strong, up-to-date UI skills
• Experience working with financial services, such as banking or fintech
• Proven experience using AI tools in the design workflow, with concrete examples of how they supported the design process
• Experience with prototyping tools; the team uses Figma
• Ability to work autonomously in a responsive, fluid environment
• Experience working in agile and fast-paced environments
• Advanced spoken and written English skills
• Fluent Polish
• Strong stakeholder management skills to drive change
• Passion for applying and promoting human-centered design methodologies within cross-functional teams
