Job summary

Shopbop, part of Amazon’s Fashion & Fitness UX group, is seeking a Senior UX Designer to own the end-to-end customer experience—from storefront creation through purchase and fulfillment. You’ll shape interactions that leverage AI and automation, operate with high autonomy, and present polished design concepts to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• Experience communicating to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design across desktop and mobile.
• Experience prototyping with Figma or Adobe CC.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX from storefront creation to purchase and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Product Manager to align vision and strategy.
• Present design rationale to senior leadership.
• Advocate for users through research and cross-functional collaboration.
