Job summary

Amazon's Brand Innovation Lab seeks a Senior UX Designer to lead advertising experiences across mobile, web, video, and AI-enabled platforms. You will drive end-to-end design strategy, mentor designers, and shape the innovation roadmap while collaborating with global teams and agency partners.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, run research, and translate brand objectives into user-centered experiences across Amazon properties, influencing campaigns for major brands.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• An online portfolio must be available.
• Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards.
• Hands-on visual design experience.
• Experience designing and prototyping with Figma or Adobe CC.
• Experience with UI, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design.
• Experience designing and managing workflow with AI tools.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive design strategy for complex, multi-platform advertising innovations.
• Lead end-to-end UX design from discovery through delivery with research and prototyping.
• Build consensus among stakeholders and present design strategies to leadership.
• Establish design standards for emerging technologies and platforms.
• Lead research initiatives to inform the innovation roadmap with user insights.
