Amazon Advertising LLC is seeking a Principal UX Designer to lead end‑to‑end design for campaign planning, management, and reporting experiences. You will transform complex workflows into intuitive interfaces, guiding cross‑functional teams and mentors across the design org.

You’ll drive data‑informed decisions, advocate for user needs, and shape scalable design systems in a fast‑paced, large‑scale tech environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of design experience.
• Experience with UI Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design.
• Experience in life cycle design projects from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the UX of emerging experiences with impact across Amazon.
• Create user-centered designs considering market analysis, data, feedback and constraints.
• Develop flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to conceptualize new initiatives.
• Distill complex processes into intuitive UI.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs and ensure deployment.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth.
• Collaborate with product and design teams across Amazon.
• Design and prototype with Figma.
