You will collaborate with senior leaders, leverage data, and explore AI-driven creative tools to deliver innovative campaigns that meet advertiser objectives and customer value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience leading creative development from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Raise the bar on creative excellence across campaign work.
• Own and grow client relationships by understanding advertiser goals and category dynamics.
• Define the creative strategy for multiple advertisers.
• Use data to develop campaign insights and ideas.
• Concept, pitch, design, and execute first-of-its-kind ad campaigns from brief to launch.
• Defend and champion great ideas with persuasive rationales.
• Explore AI-powered tools to push creative boundaries and storytelling formats.
