Job summary

Amazon Advertising LLC seeks a design leader to craft new product experiences for a global customer base, guiding multi-modal UX across web and mobile. You will champion data-informed design decisions, mentor designers, and influence senior leadership as you shape the future of automotive discovery and shopping experiences on Amazon.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver experiments, define CX strategies, and ensure alignment with business needs for a B2B2C marketplace.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX or interaction design experience.
• Portfolio or samples demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design across desktop and mobile.
• Experience designing and prototyping with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience designing for international markets and localization.

Responsibilities

• Create elegant and intuitive, multi-modal user experiences by incorporating insights, requirements and constraints.
• Lead the planning and strategic phases of projects with strong rationale.
• Rapidly create user flows, wireframes and lo-fi prototypes with detailed specs.
• Deliver UX solutions for large-scale problems independently.
• Champion user-centered design and test solutions with users.
• Present work to UX, Product, Engineering, stakeholders and leadership.
• Contribute to UX guidelines and best practices at Amazon Design Community.
• Mentor and lead other designers.
• Balance end-user needs with dealer/partner requirements in a B2B2C marketplace.
• Collaborate on ad integration strategies to enhance customer experience.
