Amazon's Brand Innovation Lab seeks a Senior UX Designer to lead advertising experiences across emerging tech and platforms. You will drive design strategy, mentor designers, and influence the innovation roadmap while collaborating with global teams to deliver user-centered experiences at scale.

You will define design patterns, prototype across mobile web/app and video, and ensure alignment with brand objectives and technical feasibility.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of design experience.
• Online portfolio required.
• Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards.
• Hands-on visual design experience.
• Experience designing and prototyping with Figma and Adobe CC.
• Knowledge of UI, IA and interaction design best practices.
• Experience designing workflows with AI tools.

Aufgaben

• Define and drive design strategy for complex, multi-platform advertising innovations across concurrent projects spanning brands.
• Lead end-to-end UX design from discovery through delivery, including user research, concept development, interaction design, prototyping, and specifications.
• Build consensus among stakeholders, presenting design strategies and recommendations to brand teams and leadership.
• Establish design standards and best practices for emerging technologies and platforms across pods.
• Lead research initiatives informing BIL's innovation roadmap and grounding decisions in user insights, feasibility, and brand goals.
